FCCLA Events Dress Code

LEAD CONFERENCE DRESS CODE:

  • Polo or Button-down Shirt (Red, White, or Black)
  • Black Bottoms
  • Dress Shoes


COMPETITIVE EVENTS DRESS CODE:

Oklahoma FCCLA, sponsor of this event, requests your cooperation and adherence to the following dress code policy.


ADVISERS: Thank you for ensuring that all participants follow the dress code as outlined below: 

  • All participants should be dressed in official dress or for the culinary contests,      in culinary dress.
  • Official dress consists of:      
    • Red blazer - FCCLA patch on the lower left pocket
    • Black skirt or slacks 
    • White button down shirt
    • Coordinating tie or
    • Red blazer, Black sheath dress & pearls (single strand) 
    • Black closed toe dress shoes (No canvas type shoes)
  • Culinary dress consists of:      
    • Chef coat
    • Chef pants
    • Closed toe non-skid shoes
    • Hair covering


TAKE AIM

  • Polo or Button-down shirt (Red, White, or Black)
  • Black Bottoms,
  • Dress shoes


OKLAHOMA FCCLA STATE CONVENTION

 

Advisers/Chaperones are responsible for enforcing the mandatory dress policy with their students and guests. Delegates, advisers, and guests not adhering to the dress policy will not be admitted into sessions.

  • Official blazer is encouraged
  • Red, black, or white polo or oxford shirt (long or short sleeves)
  • Black dress slacks/pants/capris (no shorts)
  • Black skirts - no shorter than 2 inches above the knee
  • Black sheath dress with single strand white pearls
  • Black dress shoes (no canvas shoes)

ADVISERS / CHAPERONES / GUESTS

  • Business professional

EXCEPTION

Culinary Arts participants are welcome to wear their chef's attire during the STAR Events Recognition Sessions.

Jeans, t-shirts, and athletic wear are NOT acceptable.
